When I was putting the car in the garage I noticed these odd lights in the sky, probably some type of search light electronically controlled from the ground somewhere, but really I have no idea what they are. I can't tell if the lights are shown down from above the clouds or up into them from the ground, sometimes it looks more from above the clouds.
